FAQ

Do I need a LINE Official Account?

No. LINE Pay runs on the guest checkout page (NFC/takeout, etc.), not inside a chat bubble; with LINE OA Assistant, guests still pay after draft confirm via checkout.

What about fees and settlement?

Fees and settlement follow the LINE Pay / merchant contract—not VDine plan pricing. The plan only gates whether online payment can be enabled. Required fields are surfaced in Hub settings.
