What it is
Grand Steward Daily Report is VDine’s plain-language auto-generated ops summary from the day’s order flow—not a spreadsheet you build yourself.
Typically includes
- Revenue and order count
- Average order value (AOV)
- Bestsellers and time bands
- Anomaly hints (AOV dip, slow movers)
How you receive it
Emailed to the owner on schedule (can be disabled)—also readable in Hub (email includes deep links).
What to do next
Follow up with Advisor V, e.g.:
- “Why did lunch hour dip?”
- “Which item dragged AOV?”
- “Should prep change tomorrow?”
Open Advisor from Hub report detail; if you use LINE Advisor V, you can also ask in LIFF.
