How does the VDine AI wallet work?

AI use depends on plan and settings, then draws from allowance and balance.

The wallet does not enable a feature by itself

First confirm that the subscription plan supports the capability and that any applicable shop setting is enabled. Then check available balance. Some Advisor use is also subject to a shop-shared usage window.

Charging and review flow

  1. AI usage creates a TWD charge based on the feature, model, and actual use.
  2. The system uses remaining cycle allowance before stored wallet balance.
  3. Related AI use pauses when total available balance is insufficient.
  4. Hub shows cycle allowance, stored balance, transaction history, and usage by feature.
  5. If a feature is missing, check the plan and settings first. If Advisor pauses while balance remains, check its usage window.

Brand and pricing boundaries

Brand-affiliated shops may debit a shared brand wallet managed by headquarters, and branch Hub may not show recharge or billing controls. Plan contents, allowances, and charges can change; rely on current Hub or public pricing information. The wallet is not fixed points, and balance alone does not enable every AI feature.
