Audit data readiness first

List the menu, orders, reports, shops, and role permissions that are actually available. Each source needs an owner and a known update time. Information without a source should not support an answer.

Start with one traceable question

Do not begin with “How do I improve the business?” Ask, “Which orders and items show that lunch AOV is lower than the same period last week?” Confirm that the answer returns to evidence before widening the query or action scope.

Hand these cases to a person

Do not keep guessing when the request involves allergy or food safety, evidence conflicts, a source is unconnected, or the action exceeds the role. Preserve the known context and hand it to the responsible authorized person.
