Define the POS boundary per store
Some stores begin with table ordering or kitchen flow; others give VDine more responsibility. Checkout, e-invoice, printing, and existing-system integration must be confirmed from store settings and verified capability—not assumed.
You do not need to replace the old POS on day one
Begin with a bounded flow such as selected tables, public takeout, or KDS, then decide which system owns checkout, invoice, printing, and reconciliation. Keep the existing POS wherever it still has a required responsibility. Include POS Bridge only after the actual integration is verified.
