Guests keep messaging LINE orders — do I really have to type every one into the POS myself?
No. Guests message your LINE Official Account—draft first, then Flex preview/confirm—then a VDine ticket your counter and kitchen see. That is the diner-facing OA, not LINE 小V (owner LIFF Dock). Fulfillment leans takeout pickup; optional POS Bridge if you still need your existing POS.
- You published a LINE menu—guests still text “two lattes, less ice”
- At rush hour you reply and re-type at the same time—it never keeps up
- Missed or wrong items mean angry guests at pickup
- LINE tickets and in-store orders live in different places—the kitchen loses sync
- Guests keep ordering on LINE No new habit required—they text as usual (Official Account = diner side).
- Draft, then confirm, then ticket VDine builds a draft and Flex preview; only after guest confirm does a VDine order open.
- Counter and kitchen see it immediately No shouting orders across the room.
- Track fulfillment in VDine Prep and pickup progress live in Hub; optional POS Bridge if you still use an existing POS.
